Plugin Database disappeared!

Hey eveyone,

My plugin database disappeared for some reason.
Inside the browser under the tab "all" there is still a folder called "plugin database"
with all the plugins in it but the main tab "plugin database" in the top bar
of the browser all the plugin folders disappeared. Does someone know, how to fix this?
