Problems with Windows 10 and FL Studio 12 64bit

I am using FL 12 64bit with a Windows 10 preview PC along with a Dell P2314T 10 point multi touch display. Problem is everything was working fine (I do like how image line changed the look and the touch capabilities) until one day FL launcher stopped working ... I can load FL 12 32bit but not 64bit ... can anyone help me with this? If you need more info ... limmie know and I'll be glad to provide it ... oh, I put an attachment to show what I see ... dunno if it'll help
