Problem for unlocking products

Hello,

I'm a french boy (sorry for my bad english...)
I have bought FL Studio 12 on a box, and I have installed it in my windows computer.
It works, but my computer is too slow.

So, I have bought a Mac Book Pro and I have downloaded the demo 12.0.2 on Image Line website.
But, when I want to unlock the product (in the "? menu" and "about"), there is a problem : "the registration failed" (but my password and account are OK, I'm sure!)

The FL Studio Mac Alpha has a lot bug.
So, I need to play with the "classic" version.

Please, help me because, I'm lost and I don't know how I can solve this main problem....
