I NEED HELP BADLY....
I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA..AND WEN I DOWNLOAD A PLUGIN(VSTI)
AND REFRESH IT ON THE PLUGIN LIST IT DOESNT SHOW UP!!
AND THEN I DOWNLOADED A DXI PLUGIN AND IT SHOWED UP.

SO I NEED 2 KNO STEP BY STEP WHAT 2 DO??
