Flp says "file is corrupted or plugins crashed while loading

Hello. I recently ran into a very strange problem....I was working on a project in the mixing and mastering stages, I clicked save and went to another project. In the midst of this, I got the message "file is corrupt or plugins crashed while loading", but continued to work on the 2nd track. Ok. Through working on the 2nd track so I go back to the original flp only to get the " file is corrupt/plugins crashed " message again but the twist is that it loads up the 2nd track that I started working on. Track one titled "love"
Track two is "hate"...I click to load track on and track two loads up...I can tell that the files are still there because of the size differential in the flps. Any help???
