FL Studio 12 Window/Component Location/Close Issues

So..I have been having a problem with fl 12 were things won't close or things just don't open when I click on them ? I usually restart it and it will work for the most part and if something won't close I just let it sit in the back and keep on working ? Anybody have any ideas what the problem is ? I have been dealing with it for months and I just updated it and it is still happening ? Sometimes it won't even close the daw down and I have right click on the X and pick close program ?
