Waves VST crash in FL Studio 12.3

Another VST problem with FL 12.3 (everything worked fine in 12.2)...

When I try to open some Waves plugin, I get a message from FL Studio saying "Something went wrong when loading the VST 3 plugin WaveShell-VST3 9.6_x64 Please make sure it's installed and register properly."
And I also get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library error message, but not all the time.

I use FL Studio 12 Producer Edition v12.3 [build 72] and my Waves plugin are the last versions available.
My computer is a Vaiowith i5 2430M @2.40Ghz, 8GB Ram, 750GB SSD and windows 10 64bits Famille.
