Broken Pitch Bends upon Import of MIDI.

Hello, when I try to import a MIDI with pitch bends, the pitch bends are weakened instead of retaining the original values. It also happens if I was to export a MIDI from FL Studio with pitch bends, and re-import it. A video describing it can be seen below.

Although this footage was recorded from FL 12.3, this issue happens in 12.4 and 12.4.1 as well. As far as I'm concerned, this issue goes back to FL 3.
