GUI issue cant open fl studio 12

Hey, Im having this issue ever since i tried to change the gui scaling from 100% to 150%. I closed it and re opened to see the effects and i couldnt open after i closed the program. It just gives me this windows error sound. I tried the diagnostics troubleshooter to reset settings and tried to reinstall but it still won't open up. If you need pictures i can take them from on my phone and attach them to a reply. Thanks
