Razor Chroma not detecting my laptop's keyboard

I've contacted razor, reinstalled synapsis, and changed the settings of chroma apps, yet this issue is still unresolved. It appears that FL Studio is not detecting my laptop since the word laptop is not highlighted in green. I am using the a Razor Blade Stealth 2017 i5 model and the latest version of FL studio producer edition. Any help would be great. Thank you.
