FL Studio is not responding

When opening my larger projects (lots of plugins), FL Studio will open, load the plugins, and then immediately freeze without allowing me to do anything. It will turn white and then an error will pop up saying: "FL Studio is not responding".

When looking at the details of the error, it says

However, if I wait 10-15 seconds and repeatedly 'X' out of the error, then the project will load. How can I remove this error? It worries me that if I continue adding items to the project it may corrupt or crash permanently. None of this has happened before until I did a Windows Disk Cleanup yesterday (Windows 7).

I have re-installed FL Studio, went through all of my plugins by moving them to a different folder and moving them back one by one to see if one was the culprit, done a system restore, and restored FL Studio settings to default. Glad my file isn't corrupt yet, but makes me worried and the error is annoying. Thank you
