Error Trying to Unlock Products ("The Download of the Registration Code Failed.")

Hello,

I downloaded the trial/demo version (Demo v12.4.2 [build 33] - 32Bit) of FL Studio, and when trying to unlock my products after pressing "?" and "About...," an error occurs:

"The download of the registration code failed.

Please double-check your username and password, and contact Image-Line if the problem persists."

At first, I tried filling in my e-mail and password, then username and password - none of them work. I am using Windows on a PC, but also have a registered version of FL Studio on a MacBook Air as well.

Any help would be appreciated!
