Once recognised VSTs are not found or take ages to load

Situation: Some of my VSTs, which I´ve used for some years without any problems in FL Studio and which have not changed their place on my harddisc suddenly take ages (or aren´t found at all) when started from the “Favourites” list/menu or loaded with a saved project. When I start these VSTs from the FL Browser, there is no problem. But when I then save them with the project and load that project later again they take ages (up to 20 !!! minutes) to load.
I´ve tried scanning my VSTs with all possible variations. Nothing helps. The VSts are listet as “ok”, even with their real location on the harddisc, but then, when working with FL Studio, the described problem occurs again.
