Sytrus envelope - weird behaviour?

Looks at this project:

release - sytrus_3.flp

I don't get why, if I reach sustain point and than release the note (Pattern 1 = Correct) I can "see" the volume follow the envelope as I draw till the end (down-up-down-up-down-up, with every range equal).

Instead, if I release the note before the sustain/ramp (Pattern 2 = Incorrect), I see 1 beat where volume is fixed, than down-up-down-up (where 2° down is different than 1° down).

Why this? Why first beat after release has "fixed" volume and the other two ramp take different values? Bug?
