Unable to install FL Studio; please help!

Hello.
I don't seem to be able to install FL Studio; I have tried installing it several times, with my antivirus turned off, and the installation goes through until the very end, when it stops at a specific command (its in the video recording). I have installed FL Studio before, and I experimented with it for a while until it suddenly stopped working, and I tried to reinstall with no luck.
