NewTone Problem (to buy)

Hello !
I have a problem : I would like to buy NewTone plugin.
However, when I click on "Add to Card", it doesn't work. So I tried with another plugins and it worked for them.
For NewTone, when I click on it, I can't buy it.

So How can I do ?
