Disk or Edison Recording question

Hello, I've been having this issue for long time. Whenever I try to do "disk recording" (Alt+R) to freeze the audio and give CPU some room, for some reason, the audio clip can NEVER be aligned with midi clip/playlist. If I play them together, I get phasing effect. So every time I have to open Edison, zoom in all the way to find the beginning of the clip, add a marker and that way I can perfectly align it on a playlist. I believe it's due to PDC which I always set manually now, but same thing on auto pdc. It doesn't matter if I reset PDC to 0, turn off all effects+other combinations, it always renders a bit early or a bit late. Same applies for Edison live recording. This is very annoying. Is there a solution for this?
