HOW TO GET FL STUDIO 11 FLP'S IN FL STUDIO 12 ALPHA?

First off I can't even open fl 11 anymore. It says " fl.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to shut down." Second, fl 12 won't load my old flp's properly. I encounter serious buffering and distortion and my audio settings buffer won't do anything to help the problem. PLEASE HELP IM GOING f****** INSANE...
