Hey, I just got my new MacBook Air yesterday. And today I downloaded the flstudio for macOS, the problem is that I can´t log in to my account. I know I have the right password and username, but when I click unlock products, it just says "Retrieving."
Then I get an email from image-line: "Somebody (probably you?) tried unsuccessfully to sign into your "My Account" at www.image-line.com.
What do I do?
Please help!
