NEED HELP WITH VST FOLDER

I bought and downloaded a vst plugin and went to activate it. I clicked: Documents>Image-Line>Data, and when I clicked that it only shows preset plugins. A vst file can be found nowhere on my computer. Does anybody know where my vst folder went?
