Hearing the timecode whistle

I have deckadance installed using M-Audio conectiv with torq timecoded cds. I am able to control the decks perfectly with the cds, but I still hear the timecode whistle along with the music in the output thru my external mixer.

Here are my settings
Using the M-Audio ASIO driver
input a left = conectiv Audio In 1/2 1
input a right = conectiv audio in 1/2 2
input b left = conectiv audio in 3/4 3
input b right = conectiv audio in 3/4 4
outputs are....
deck a left = conectiv audio out 1/2 1
deck a right = conectiv audio out 1/2 2
deck b left = conectiv audio out 3/4 3
deck b right = conectiv audio out 3/4 4

Vinyl tracking = enable
Operation Mode = Absolute
Input thru = Off
Timecode Cd/Vinyl type = Torq

Like I said, the cd's control deckadance perfectly, but I still hear the timecode whistle in my external mixer. why???
