Very Frustrating. The site would not allow me to log in (would not recognize my email and password). I clicked that I was having trouble and it prompted me to enter my email When I did, it told me that it did not exist on the system.
As the system would not recognize me, I was locked out. After trying for over a half hour, I decided to create a new account. When I did - somehow my the new account that was created became my ols account and now I am in again.
Still - I would like some explanation as to why this happened - if at all possible.
Were you having a glitch in your system?
