FL Studio Install Not Working

Before reading this, please note that I had the FL Studio demo before, but uninstalled it. Now I am trying to install it because I bought the full version. This could be why I am having issues.

I recently bought the "All Plugins" version of FL Studio and I'm trying to install it, but I keep getting this error message: ""Extract: error writing to file"

I am running Windows 10 if you need to know.

I've looked this error up and found a bunch of solutions that have worked for others, but they don't work for me.

Some of these solutions that I've tried:
Restart the computer (Done at least 10 times and still doesn't work)
Close all Image-Line related processes that are still visible in the list (I never see any unless I am running the installer)
Clearing disk space (I have plenty)
Installing it in a different folder/disk (Did this many times and still doesn't work)
Running as administrator (Tried this a lot of times and still doesn't work)

These are all the things I have tried that I can remember that didn't work for me. I really want to start making music, but this is stopping me. If anyone could help, that would be great.
