Yamaha 88 key not supported by FL studio MAC

I'm a musician, new to this FL STUDIO. First, not being able to get Tech support via phone is just bad business. Has to be said. The issue I'm continually having with FL Mac version is my 88 key Yamaha midi works, but always causes FL to crash. Every time. I have no idea how to even begin to correct this issue. I've looked it FAQ, and in forum. Nothing. Please help. I purchased this program, just want it to work as advertised. I connect the Yamaha DGX-650 into Mac, chose the midi option then enable. It works. Then when I play more than 4 keys at once, anywhere on the keyboard, FL crashes. Every time. Please help.
