How can I/will I ever get my money back?

Hey, just curious. A few weeks ago, I bought Toxic Biohazard off of Image-Line's website, got the key, and tried to transfer the key to FL Studio. Currently, I am using FL 12 (64 bit - don't know if it matters which version or not, 11 or 12, 32 or 64). The transfer didn't work. I tried double clicking, right-clicking then choosing "Run," deleting one key and downloading another, and got nothing. Is there something I'm missing? If there isn't, can I get my $100 back somehow? Thanks everyone!
