Major Audio Problem

Computer Specs:

HP Envy x360
7th Gen Inten Core i7-7500 Processor
Processor speed is 2.7 gigahertz
16gb system memory
1Tb Hard Drive

So I got this computer for school this year and its a brand new computer
I install all my programs Rekordbox,Fl Studios 12, Massive, Rise and Hit, ect.

Originally Fl was working when i initially downloaded it so i didnt mess with it much
but i re-opend it and went to play on the keyboard piano and it played back the most
distorted and scrachy sound like it was play at 1/32 just extremly annoying

Ive check numerouse forms and done my research and have not moved a single inch at all

any ideas would be greatly appreciated
