I'm using Stutter edit from iZotope and i have it linked to my slicex sampler (channel 5). I also have a virtual controller so Stutter edit could work because apparently it doesn't give me the dropdown menu to use automation clip or whatever so it's just asking me to use a virtual controller. I have MIDI OUT wired to my VST (stutter edit) and the most annoying part of this whole thing is i can't seem to mute the stutter edit to stop at one part of my song. It continues to glitch my whole track even if i try automating the volume control via the MIDI OUT virtual controller. I use VST stutter thru piano roll so it should be able to mute the track... i might sound confusing, sorry about that. but anyone who could help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe i'm linking the channels incorrectly? What i mean is i want my microsoft synth or stutter edit to stop dragging on throughout my entire song. Like i want a glitchy "bassdrop" for only a certain part of my song. thanks!
