3rd party plugin 'crackling sound' especially when exporting

Hi All,

I'm testing out Leapwing Audio DynOne which is a multiband dynamics processor which for me is doing a great job in finetuning my mix and or individual sounds.
https://www.leapwingaudio.com/dynone/

But as soon as I export a song with DynOne inserted on the master channel the exported audio is lower in volume and you can hear 'crackling' in the exported audio.
I have tried a lot of different settings but the only thing that makes the plugin do it's job without the artifacts is when you activate the setting 'Use fixed size buffers (for buggy plugins)' under the processing tab.

I have a Core I7 4790K with 16GB of RAM running Windows 7 Professional 64-Bits
FL Studio 12.5 [Build 58]

I have also tested this in FL Studio 11 and the results are the same.
I also tested within another DAW and no problems when rendering/exporting.

Thank you in advance,

Andreas
