Mouse wheel does not work in Patcher Surfaces

This is a repost of the problem after testing testing testing.
FL Studio 12.5

I have tried various mouse(mice) both USB and the old mouse connection.

This is definately a bug.

Mouse wheel does not work in patcher surfaces when one wants to control a knob or slider
with the mouse wheel as one can in FL Studio.
It also does not work in other patcher.fst downloaded from forum.

It works everywhere else in FL Studio, and in patcher if the window is small, it will scroll the window.
It works in Control Creator but it will not adjust any knob or slider, which is not good at all.

Let me be clear.
When i want to adjust a knob or slider using the mouse wheel as i can do in FL Studio and Control Creator and every where else in the OS
it does not work in Patcher.
