Please see these screenshots. Tooltips are not displaying in Fl Studio 12.4.1 for plugins that have a tooltip feature. For some reason I see an empty box with an outline. But if I drag an FL Studio window to where the hint text would appear, then I can see the text for the hint. Any idea what is causing this?
