Recorded automation acting weird

I recorded just a simple automation of increasing the modwheel. As you can see on the pattern (Tokyo 2067) it does start at 0 and goes up.
When I playback it in the playlist, it works perfectly fine, when I play it back as pattern on the left side in pattern mode, it doesn't start at 0 and seems to be shifted in start and ending point, so that it maybe in the middle of the sequence starts to jump back to 0 and does, what it should do.

Anyone an idea why this happens?
