Wrong CPU limit overload

Hello everybody (sorry for my poor english),

Since few months i search to find the right way but after read all post, viewing all videos about fl CPU optimistion, my problem is not solved.
I have a win10 - i7 3625 2.5gb - 10gb memory PC and after all fl12 with ASIO settings possiblities , the CPU is overload after put 4-5 VST's on my mixer.

Look at this! in fact my CPU is absolutly normal...i dont understant why ????
