Sometimes certain buttons don't respond to mouse clicks

Sometimes the following buttons would not respond to mouse clicks:
1. minimize, maximize, close buttons of the main window.
2. minimize, close buttons of plugins.
3. no, cancel buttons in confirmation dialog.

This happens also after uninstalling FL Studio, then manually removing all FL Studio remaining files in Program Files, Program Files (x86), Documents, AppData/Local, AppData/Roamin, removing all Image-Line entries in regedit, then doing a new install. No third party, only FL Studio installer is used.

I couldn't figure out how to reproduce this consistently.

Please, note, the behavior in the video below also might happen even right after opening FL Studio and clicking those buttons right away without doing anything else. But again, it happens just sometimes:
