Please I need Help

I currently use FL Studio 12.5.1 and Waves as VST set

I usually use them plug ins by loading waveshell VST 3 8.0 then loading plug ins again thru waveshell

and after I'm done for the day I save and sleep


But here is the problem. When I open the project again after I saved, every things that I have done thru waveshell is gone and FL only loads waveshell

Why is this happening and what should I do to fix this?
