Something is baffling me. Consider this...
Why do plug ins sound different on a channel as opposed to a send bus?
For example, a sausage fattener directly on a channel will sound fine, but if you bus it for example to channel 100 as a send, it makes the synth sound muffled and different. Regardless of the amount percentage we send it to the bus.
Another example, let's say I use an Api 500 (waves) on a channel. The EQ will sound slightly different on a synth if we instead put the Api 500 on a send bus.
What the hell?
I don't see ableton live ever having this problem considering they always stress using send busses for everything. Effects, compression, etc.
Any solution for this?
