Problem with VST plugins in FL Studio 12.5.1

Hello!

I've got some problems with my VST plugins. I can scan them in plugin manager but I can't add them to my plugin list. When I close plugin manager and re-open it all the scanned plugins are gone. I don't have a single clue how to solve this problem so I would be really happy if you could help me out with this one. I've tried to scan the plugin database in various ways but it won't just work. Here is a video of me showing the problem.
