Shreddage file help?

So I bought shreddage for FL studio the other day, but I can't seem to get it to work like my other plugins. It doesn't open like anything else, and the only thing I can get it to work with is directwave. Even then, it doesn't work properly. Here's the screen I get with directwave...

Every time I see this plugin in YT videos it doesn't look like this. It has knobs and the like to change sound. I don't know what to do.
