Vocals having random clicking sounds when recording.

I am providing an example of what I mean here:
https://app.box.com/s/grrzsjvnw97vd11k7b7g5uyxf6a0oy4b (The sound at around :02)

This problem keeps occurring randomly during recording sessions and it's a real problem. I can't seem to figure out whats causing it, I don't think it's a faulty cord because adjusting the cord doesn't seem to cause any disturbances similar to this.

There doesn't seem to be any noticeable trigger, it will just click like this whenever it wants. Is there some buffering options I can try to clear this up?

I am using FL Studio 12
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Interface
Audio Technica AT2020 Microphone
https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/XLR15 <-- that is the cords being used.

Any help would be appreciated.
