question

Hello!

I am trying to use my old vintage keyboard [Roland JP 8000] with FL Studio 12 and the keyboard is so old that FL Studio won't recognize it in it's list of controllers. so I downloaded a driver or update [or whatever you call it] to make my JP-8000 more compatible with FL Studio. I am using an M-Audio interface to connect the keyboard to my computer. I noticed that the instructions from ROLAND CORP say " when READY TO UPDATE appears on your screen send the first file [ _00001.mid] from your sequencer." I was wondering how to do this because the instructions are not specific as to how you SEND THE FIRST FILE FROM YOUR SEQUENCER and I need more detailed instruction. Is there a video or actual footage on how to install this driver to get my Roland JP8000 to work inside FL Studio 12 or Reason 9 I pressed the PLAY button in FL Studio 12 [which is what I guess they are calling my sequencer] but nothing happened to the JP 8000 it still says "READY TO UPDATE"
I was wondering how do I get the files that are supposed to be played inside of FL Studio up-loaded because FL Studio won't load up these files when I try to load them as a sample and then play them. I pressed PLAY inside of FL Studio and it plays nothing and nothing happens to the JP 8000. What do I Do
