Plugin manager showing plugins i no longer have installed

Like the title states, when scanning for plugins in the plugin manager it has plugins I no longer have installed on my system. I have deleted all .ddl files, gone to control pannel and unstalled any programs on control pannels list of installed plugins and goine to the plugin database folder, as well as right clicking the plugins from the plugin database in the browser and deleted them. How do I get rid of them?
I have attached pictures with red lines next to plugins I have done the above steps to that are still showing up.

Thank you
