Experiencing A Lot Of Crackling From Speakers

I recently bought FL Studio 12 (PC) and have been experiencing a lot of crackling from the speakers when using just about anything even when using just 1 track from FL Studios library on a blank project.
I know the problem originates from FL Studio 12 as I don’t experience this problem with Maschine. I’m using the Asio4All driver but the problem seems to persist when using FLStudio’s driver as well. I also messed with the drivers buffer length and other settings which helped a bit but the problem is still there. I also checked my computers CPU settings and that’s set to high performance so I don’t really know what the problem is. I’ve closed out of all other windows besides FL Studio and I don’t know what else to do. The crackling honestly makes this kinda unusable so it’s a little frustrating as when the crackling is bearable I can make good sounding stuff fairly easily.
