Soundtoys Plugins/cpu issue

Put a video together (WARNING- the audio is terrible, i could not figure out a good way to record the audio and it turned out god awful so turn your monitors DOWN and this video DOWN) but you can hear the stutters due to audio drop out.

When having just a few Soundtoys plugins my cpu goes insane. I feel like this is a relatively new thing too. (maybe cause of a Windows update?) Only thing that updates on here is Windows and i wish it didnt honestly. I'll include my flp. if it helps but you can see i'm doing pretty much. The audio file playing is not "keep on disk" either so that's not effecting CPU. (it's just a bass wav file)
I know they aren't supported but if you guys have any thought to this it'll be appreciated!
