unable to open any project files

Hi. I can't seem to open any of my project files without a message saying "Loading aborted. Project cleaned."

I've tested this with a lot of diffrent things.
The only time it works is when i get a fresh install of the copy, when it has to load the Tevlo song. It won't work on any of my project files, stock only project files, contest project files, nothing

I am using the version 12.5.1

I can't figure out at all how to fix this
