Automation does not work

Hi

I always use automation clips for almost anything.. but since a few weeks the automation clip does not work anymore.
It s always the same procedure i "Draw" my automation Clip in it s track bar but it just activates the last Point of the Automation line which i hited. So the automation is not dynamic = it does not work.

I have no clue what i m doing wrong
Please help me - I m crying ^^
