Focusrite softube bundle issues

I got a Focusrite 18i8 and it comes with 4 softube plug-ins. I went through the steps it had me go through, installing an app called gobbler, which installs the plugins, and then verifies the license for those plugins. When I try to load the plugins,an activation request comes up. When I click activate, an error message shows up saying the following:
“The software cannot be found because the activation experience thinks the authorization was found, but the wrapper could not verify it.”

This is like 300 dollars worth of plugins so I need this fixed.
