GROOVE MACHINE

Hello,

I purchased groove machine and downloaded the program onto my MacBook. My MacBook is a 2014 model... When i use it in stand alone mode it tells me that it is demo mode only and tells me to activate it. I have followed all the required steps and it is still not working. I downloaded the reg code and did everything that the website says to do but still no luck. Also the plug in is not even showing up in my DAW. i am using logic pro X... I have tried everything and the product is still not working. I have never had an issue with a plug in before until this one. please let me know if this issue can be fixed.
