“GUI scaling factor has been clipped for safety on this desktop”

This has been the most annoying problem I have ever had with fl studio. When I attempt to open the plugin or reset the settings through (image line>more>fl studio 12) the resolution on the computer drops jurastically and still doesn’t even open fl studio. I have tried completely uninstalling everything to do with fl studio off of my computer and reinstalling. I have tried the diagnostics tool suggested on the forums. I have tried plainly resetting the fl studio setting. No matter what I have tried it hasn’t worked. I’d really appreciate some good suggestions asap. Thanks
