Cant get Waveshell to work on fl studio for waves plugins

hi guys,

I did a complete re install of fl studio and re installed a fresh copy by clearing any past settings so its completely brand new but for some reason I still cant get Waves to work. I keep getting this strange notification every time when I try to load up an instance of wave shell
I hope I can solve this issue asap
