Launchkey 25 mk2 and FLStudio

Hello

I have just installed latest FLStudio on my laptop, and am trying to play around with it using Launchkey 25 Mk2 (set up as screenshot).

Midi appears to arriving fine into FLS, but any selected device in rack is not responding e.g. no sound from sample channels, instruments etc.).

Presumably something obvious I'm missing (but I'm sure this doesn't normally happen - they just respond as default).
