I have a following problem. When I open a few instances of plugins my CPU usage in FL rises very quickly. I recently bought a new computer and I know this shouldn't happen, so I checked in task manager and it shows approximately 1/10 of what FL shows. Also, the buffer size changes hardly affect it (e.g. if it shows 52% with 512 samples, with 2048 tripled it is 50%). I tried to find a similar post around the time of releasing the latest version of software, but might have not noticed it, since it was quite a bit ago.
